Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cosmobot maintains a transparent refund policy for all students enrolled in any course.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds can be requested within 7 days of enrollment.

Refunds WILL NOT be provided for:

• Missed classes
• Student losing interest
• Change in schedule
• Child not attending classes
• Technical issues on student’s end
• Wanting to shift to another course

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Demo classes
• Registration fees (if applicable)
• Completed classes
• Study materials once accessed

3. Class Cancellation by Cosmobot

If Cosmobot cancels a class:

• It will be rescheduled
• No refund will be issued

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
