Welcome to Cosmobot. By accessing our website www.cosmobot.in or enrolling your child in any of our STEM learning programs, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

1. About Cosmobot

Cosmobot provides STEM education programs for children including Coding, Robotics, Electronics, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Astronomy, and Space Science.
Our programs are offered in both online and offline formats.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, booking a demo, enrolling in any program, or making a payment, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Eligibility

Students aged 6 to 16 years can join our programs.
Registration and payments must be done by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed only after successful fee payment.
Cosmobot may revise course fees, timings, and curriculum at any time.
Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway.

5. Use of Learning Material

Intellectual Property

All study materials, content, curriculum, videos, and project resources provided by Cosmobot are for personal learning use only.

Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Copy or distribute the learning materials
Share class access links
Record live sessions without permission
Reproduce Cosmobot content in any manner

6. Code of Conduct

Students must:

Maintain discipline
Respect instructors and peers
Follow safety rules (for offline sessions)

Misconduct can lead to suspension or cancellation of membership.

7. Class Scheduling & Rescheduling

Cosmobot may reschedule classes due to mentor availability or technical issues.
Missed classes from the student’s side are not guaranteed to be compensated but will be accommodated if possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cosmobot is not liable for:

Internet issues during online sessions
Device malfunction
Child behavior beyond class hours
Academic performance in school (we only support skill development)

9. Modifications

Cosmobot may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept updated Terms.
